Tim comes to Fred Sands Canavan Coit with a wealth of experience. Tim's been a licensed  Realtor in the Palm Springs / Palm Desert area since 1989 and has been recognized as a top producer and admired by his peers. He also has an insurance background working for companies like Marsh & McLennan and VSP as a consultant.

Tim Altman represents all properties in the Coachella Valley like Condos, Estates, Single Family Residence, Gated communities, new construction, golf properties, lots & land. He knows the desert very well.
