Tim comes to Coldwell Banker with a wealth of experience. Tim's been a licensed  Realtor in the Palm Springs / Palm Desert area since 1989 and has been recognized as a top producer and admired by his peers. He also has an insurance background working for companies like Marsh & McLennan and VSP as a consultant.

Tim Altman represents all properties in the Coachella Valley like Condos, Estates, Single Family Residence, Gated communities, new construction, golf properties, lots & land. He knows the desert very well. Tim is the son of former city manager of Palm Desert of 13 years, and has seen this area grow for many years.  "I've seen the growth that has taken place here and I feel the future is even more exciting."
